Signing Up to Play & the Wait List

Tucson City Golf allows SGC twelve (12) tee times for Wednesday play and nine (9) for Saturdays. This means that the club is limited to 48 players on Wednesday and 36 on Saturday.

When these numbers are exceeded members are automatically put on a "Wait List". If and when openings come about, members are added to the play day tee sheet based on when they signed up or were put on the wait list in TMS.

Openings do occur as pepole cancel. These cancellations are often late. If you are on the wait list it is your responsibility to check the pairings in TMS to see if you have been added to play.

Your name on the wait list is your commitment to play if a spot opens. Sign up early and avoid the wait list.

Entering Scores in GHIN

Please remember you do not enter scores from rounds played with the club in GHIN. They will be entered for you. If you enter a club score, it will be removed by the Handicap Chairman in order to avoid duplicate scores.
